2 MLS Otions... Your Choice Anytime

With all our Listing Packages (1 – 4) posted on page 51, the option to post your property remains an option at anytime during your list to sold contract. It is provided as a special service to all our customers. We encourage you to speak with a Listing Representative if you have any questions or concerns regarding these options. When your property is listed in the Multi-List System it also appears on realtor.com.
PLEASE NOTE: If FSWSP or the seller finds a buyer either MLS contracts are cancelled immediately with ZERO fees. The only way you pay these low fees is “if” a buyer comes only from the MLS and meets YOUR contract terms.

MLS Option #1

A one-time only $300.00 fee is paid to your MLS system. When your property is placed in the MLS, you decide on the fee you will possibly pay the selling realtor. You may choose to pay 2.50% or 3.00% at settlement. That decision is up to you. Your choice on what you will pay “if” a willing and able buyer is found through the MLS. There are no hidden additional fees. Option Number 1 available in 19 States.

MLS Option #2

There is no upfront fee with Option Number 2. However “if” a willing and able buyer is found through the MLS Service a 3.50% commission will be paid. Again if FSWSP marketing or the seller find the buyer the MLS contract is cancelled with zero fees. Some states are restricted with Option Number 2. Please speak to a Listing Representative.
